FSDB hosted the National Deaf Cross-Country Tournament over the weekend.
The following schools traveled and stayed on campus to compete against our athletes.

- Maryland School for the Deaf
- Oregon School for the Deaf
- Arizona School for the Deaf and the Blind
On Friday evening, the race started on campus and led the runners over the Vilano Bridge and back. The weather was perfect, and the wind gave the runners a bit of a challenge going up. The majority of our runners scored a new personal best on Friday evening! The FSDB Boys came in 4th place with an average team time of 23:04. The girls team average time was 39:12. On Saturday, the morning beach run was canceled due to projected weather and the tide was higher than expected. Our team traveled off campus and took a trip to the Saint Augustine Lighthouse and Fort. We rested over the afternoon and competed in our campus race in the early evening. The boys came in 4th place with an average team time of 23:46 and the girls average time was 46:05. Check out our race times below.
