Our Lady Dragons dominated the Flashers, leading 24-3 after the first quarter. They mixed the lineup after the second quarter and stopped them from scoring, ending the half at 32-3.
"After halftime, we worked on both defense and offense. Most starters were benched early in the third quarter, with the score at 40-9, to give our younger Lady Dragons more practice. The younger players continued to play in the fourth quarter, but the Flashers applied a full-court press on us and turned into 7 turnovers." said Head Coach Joy Joy Fraychineaud
St.Joseph Academy scored 11 points, making 40-20. The starters secured the win in the last two minutes, 44-20. The young Lady Dragons had the opportunity to play, and we know they will continue to improve their confidence. Hats off to all the Lady Dragons who contributed to this big win.
