Mike LaMee

• PE Teacher at FSDB, ending 41 years of service to Deaf and Blind students as a Teacher, Coach and Recreation Coordinator. 
• JV Football Coach during his first year, learning how to scout varsity football opponents on Friday nights.
• Varsity Boys Head Basketball Coach for 17 years from 1980-1991 and 1994-1999. His 1999 Team won the Mason-Dixon Tournament Sportsmanship Award.
• His 1979 Team won the Mason-Dixon Tournament championship while he was an assistant coach.
• Varsity Girls Head Basketball Coach from 2004-2009. His 2006 and 2008 Teams won 2nd place in the Mason-Dixon Basketball tournaments. 
• Selected to be one of three Distinguished Service Award recipients during the 2023 Boys’ Mason-Dixon Basketball tournament for his dedication and involvement in the MD basketball tournaments since 1971.
