Odie W. Underhill (1887-1967) – Honorary Staff Member

• Football, Basketball and Baseball Coach and FSDB Athletic Director.
• FSDB printing teacher, editor of the school publications and school leader at FSDB 1912 - 1926.
• Founder of FSD Football in 1913. 
• Established Florida Association of the Deaf in 1917 at FSDB and First FAD President and 2005 FAD Hall of Fame. 
• Graduated North Carolina School for the Deaf in 1903 and Gallaudet University in 1908
• Received three degrees from Gallaudet: Bachelor 1908, Honorary Master 1937 and Honorary Doctorate 1951.
